The Mentone Renaissance project is an elaborate strategy by the City of Kingston to rejuvenate and enhance the beauty of Mentone while celebrating its historical significance.
The project incorporated updates to the existing road network, reducing congestion around the thriving precinct. A new community piazza in the heart of the suburb provides residents with plenty of seating and space to relax in its central grassed area, which is bounded by several concrete seat modules. Additional pedestrian connections promote safer thoroughfares and invigorated community activity to liven up the retail precinct.
