Sitting adjacent to the Meridian residential estate in the southeastern suburb of Clyde North, Summit Business Park by the Brown Property Group will open up a new industrial precinct in the heart of the growing community.
The industrial park’s prime position on the arterial Thompsons Road offered a great opportunity for the installation of prominent street signage. Landscape architecture studio Tract Consultants conceived an eye-catching proposal involving several towering charcoal concrete pillars at staggered heights, each imprinted with the Summit logo.
The pillars, along with matching logo-imprinted decorative bollards, were manufactured by Anston (then SVC Urban) and installed by UDL Group, who carried out the full scope of landscaping works. Now complete, the signage elements create a striking street presence that signals the entrance into Summit Business Park.
