The savvy clients of this beautiful old 1800s-era sandstone villa in Medindie, SA, conducted extensive research before selecting Melbourne-based Landscape Architect Nathan Burkett of Nathan Burkett Design to create their dream garden. The brief was to include both formal and contemporary elements to at once complement and offset the heritage style of their beautiful home.
The front garden is a traditional design to conform with the heritage style of the home. The back garden and pool area are ultramodern and striking to suit the state-of-the-art extension planned for the back of the sandstone cottage.
